Level 1: Here, the participant is shown an already assembled circuit and he or she is expected to reproduce the same on the sheet provided. The faster the better. Participants who are through level 1 will be given a 5 min demo on the usage and application of multisim software by the organizers.

Level 2: Now that the participant is accustomed to multisim, he is provided with a circuit familiar to him on a sheet of paper. He is supposed to execute it on the software. The one who qualifies this level will be promoted to next level.

Level 3: Participants are given a circuit on paper. They need to assemble the circuit on the bread board and should produce the desired output.

A time limit will be specified at the time of event

  • Maximum 4 members per team

  • Abstract must be in IEEE format

  • Participants must bring their own software required for your project

  • Requirements (CRO, Function generator, etc.) to demonstrate the work will           be provided

  • Working model is must.

  • Spot registrations are also considered.

    And any topics related to ECE department

 

Rules and Regulation:

 

  • Paper is supposed to be in IEEE format comprising of not more than 6 pages.

  • Paper must contain participants’ name, department, year, e-mail ID, contact number and college name.

  • Maximum of 2 members per team is allowed.

  • Participants are not allowed to present more than one paper.

  • Inter college teams are allowed to present paper.

  • Full length paper must be sent to the mail ID eceexplorers2k20@gmail.com  and the file name should be in the title of the paper in .pdf format

  • Presentation time will 12 minutes out of which 10 minutes is for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.

  • The selected participants must bring 2 hard copies of documentation.

 

NOTE:- “Last date for submission of full paper (softcopy) is 17th Feb and confirmation regarding selection of your Paper will be sent by 18th of Feb.”

Rules and Regulation:

 

  • Maximum of two authors per Poster.

  • Poster  should be prepared using Drawing sheet(large)

  • Theme of the poster  in abstract of about 200 words are to be submitted

  • Format : According to IEEE standards.

TECHNICAL QUIZ

Event details:

 

Preliminary round: All the teams are tested in electronics and general awareness,

 6 teams shall be promoted for further rounds.

 

Round 1: In this round questions with 4 options shall be posed to each team. This round results in elimination of bottom two teams in the score board.

 

Round 2: Options for a question shall be given to a team provided the team decides to go for half of the awarded marks. This round results in the elimination of  bottom scorers.

 

Round 3: Questions with multi correct answers in the given four options shall be posed. The top scorer holds the cash prize..

 

 

Rules:

 

  • Each team must have four participants.

  • All the teams are restricted to time frame.

  • This event will be conducted on 20/02/2020
